Privacy Notice

We ask for a few details so we can keep you on a waitlist. We use no advertising trackers and set no cookies. This notice is version en-US-2026-10-15-3.

Who is responsible

Pharma Coa S.L. operates Exosome Therapy USA and decides how your details are used. Address: 4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach . Email: [email protected].

What we collect

  • The form: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and the treatment you are interested in. Because the treatment is health-related, your interest may reveal health information, so we handle it as consumer health data. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers that data on its own page.
  • Your consent record: the date and time, the versions of the texts you accepted, the channels you agreed to (email, calls and texts), your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and a shortened version of your network address. We use the shortened address only to cap repeated sign-ups, and we erase it after 24 hours.
  • Site statistics: when a page loads or a button is used, the page path, the site you came from, and the country. This does not identify you, and it is not linked to your form.

Why and on what basis

  • To keep you on the waitlist and email you when a licensed clinic is available. The basis is your consent.
  • To call or text you about the waitlist. The basis is the same consent: you give it with one box, and you can withdraw it at any time.
  • To keep a coded record that you consented. The basis is our need to show what you agreed to, and to respect a withdrawal.
  • To count visits and see which pages help. The statistics above, with no identifiers.

Who sees your details

Today, no clinic or other third party receives your details, because we have no partner clinic. Our hosting and database provider handles them for us under a contract, and may not use them for anything else. We do not sell your details, and we do not use or share them for advertising. We run no advertising pixels, third-party scripts or cookies.

That will change before any clinic receives your data. We will first ask for a separate consent that names the clinic. If the clinic pays us for your contact, we will also ask for a separate, signed authorization to sell it, which you can revoke. Without those, we pass nothing to a clinic.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist entry (name, email, phone number, ZIP code, treatment): deleted automatically 12 months after you join. A daily process does it. If you ask earlier, we delete it sooner.
  • Shortened network address: erased 24 hours after you send the form.
  • Visit statistics: deleted after 25 months.
  • Proof of consent: once your entry is deleted, we keep for 3 years a coded fingerprint of your phone number and email (it cannot be turned back into either), the dates and versions of the texts you accepted, the channels you chose and your 18-plus confirmation. It holds no name, ZIP code or treatment and no readable phone number or email. We use it to show what you agreed to and so that we do not put you back on the list after you withdraw.
  • Our hosting provider may keep short-lived backups after a deletion.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 45 days, and we delete within 30 days of confirming your request. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy lists the Attorney General complaint pages.

Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did with your details before you withdrew it.

State privacy notices

Residents of some states, including California, Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, have additional rights over personal data and health-related data. These include rights to access, delete and correct their data, to withdraw consent, and to know whom it is shared with.

  • California. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive information only to run the waitlist you asked for. You can exercise your rights by writing to us.
  • Washington. Under the My Health My Data Act we ask for consent to collect health-related information, and we will ask for a separate authorization before selling it. Both can be withdrawn.
  • Nevada and Connecticut. The same contact route applies to the consumer health data rights in those states.

Calls and texts

The one consent box on the form covers calls and texts as well as email. These calls and texts are about your place on the waitlist and about clinics that open near you, and they may be advertising. We may send them with automated systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop them, reply STOP to any text, write to [email protected], or tell us by any other clear means. We stop all calls and texts promptly and in any case within 10 business days, and we send one last text to confirm. We keep your number, in coded form, on a do-not-contact list so that we do not contact you again. We call or text only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone. Message and data rates may apply.

Age

This service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the form, and the consent box on the form includes that confirmation. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete them.

Security and changes

We keep access to the data limited and use encrypted connections. We will post changes to this notice here and change its version number. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and we do not describe our service as HIPAA compliant.
