Editorial Policy
We write about exosome products used on the skin. We cite what we have read, date every regulator statement, and say plainly when the evidence is preliminary.

What we cover
Cosmetic uses of exosome products on the skin in the United States: what they are, how they are regulated, what studies show, what they cost and how to choose a provider. We leave medical conditions to doctors, and we say so on every guide.
How we use sources
- Regulators first. For an FDA statement, we open the document on the day we write about it and keep a dated capture. We write the date of the statement next to it.
- Peer-reviewed research next. We read the abstract and publication record of each study we cite and check that our sentence says what it says. We state sample sizes, what was measured and the limits the authors name.
- Makers' own pages for products. For a product, we read the maker's own page and ingredient list, and we say that a label is the maker's claim. We do not use shop listings.
- Nothing we cannot check. If we cannot verify a claim, we leave it out.
Prices
We publish a price only from a dated quote or a public price list, with the date, the source and what it includes. A range appears only with at least 8 providers in at least 4 metro areas, and we say when some of them are not medical clinics. We do not name the businesses surveyed. We review the data monthly.
Clinical review
No licensed clinician has reviewed our pages yet. Each guide shows a notice to that effect, lists its sources and gives the date of our last editorial check. If a clinician reviews a page in future, we will name them and the date. We will not invent one.
Updates and corrections
We re-check regulator pages and sources at least every quarter, and sooner when we hear of a change. Each page shows the date of its last review. To report an error, write to [email protected]. We correct the page, note the change and keep the older text out of sight.
How we earn money
A partner clinic may compensate us. Today we have none, and we have no affiliate relationship with any brand or shop. If we enter either, the pages affected will say so before the first link, and the arrangement will not change what we write or how we rank. See affiliate disclosure.
What we do not publish
- Testimonials, ratings or reviews we did not verify
- Photos of patients, or before-and-after pictures
- Claims that a product is approved or proven when it is not
- Any promise of results
